A: No, there is no cap on the number of users accessing the system.
Q: Can my subcontracted vendors use the system as well?
A: Yes, subcontractors and third parties that you invite can use the system as desired.
Q: Can I give my clients a login to also work in the system or use analytics?
A: Yes, your clients can also use the system based on your invitation as desired.
Q: If I want to use Copilot services, do I need to pick what services they will perform ahead of time?
A: Yes, Copilot services are based on a specific task that will be managed and automated to perform on an ongoing daily basis.
Q: What are the volume constraints of a Copilot service?
A: Each Copilot service is based on the volume of claims within a given account, with the maximum accounts to be touched on a daily basis capped at 500. If you need something done where there are fewer than 500 instances of that task per day, that counts as one unit of Copilot service. If there are between 500 and 1,000 tasks per day, you’ll need two units of Copilot services, and so on.
Q: What if I want a copilot service that is not specifically listed?
A: No problem at all. We can discuss any combination of services that you’d like to have performed and price accordingly.
Q: How do my team members work with the Copilots to coordinate activity?
A: Communication with the co-pilots can happen through regularly scheduled meetings or in real time through various communication mechanisms.
Q: How does the platform pricing work based on the number of clients?
A: The base rate is based on the count of claims, which can be across any number of clients. Up to 5,000 claims across any combination of clients is included in the base rate. As additional volume increases, an additional platform fee is charged. You can have many small clients on one account or a mix of large, medium, and small clients – the platform price is based on the overall volume of claims in a given month.
Q: How does cancellation work?
: Typical agreements last for 1 to 2 years, depending on size, but can be canceled with 30 days notice for any reason.
Q: What if I already have some automation that I use? How does that work with Lockbox?
A: You can keep using any automation that you already have in place. If needed, we can support you on updating that automation to integrate more directly with the Lockbox service as desired. Or if requested, we can take over the responsibility of that automation for you, depending on the circumstances. Best to discuss on a call.
Q: How do human co-pilots and automation work together for specific services?
A: Generally speaking, human co-pilots perform a task initially and ensure that all scenarios are captured and build full requirements for automation. Automation is then developed, tested, and managed by the human co-pilot so that the human co-pilot time spent goes down over time, but they are never fully removed from a task to ensure high quality control and manage any edge cases.
Q: Is my client data at risk?
A: No, we perform all security compliance and processes to be fully HIPAA compliant. Additionally, we are removing PHI in the majority of our processes to avoid any storage of PHI at all.
Q: If I want to add a new client, how do I do that?
A: We will set up all new clients in your system or discontinue existing clients based on your request.
Q: What is required to set up a new client?
A: A new client requires a login that our team and bot can use. This can be a dedicated new login or a shared login if preferred.
Q: What if I don't want my clients to know that I'm using Lockbox at all?
A: No problem. You can use internal email addresses for account setup and Lockbox can stay completely invisible to your clients at all times.
